01 — Profile

A hybrid approach to social research

Between numbers, people and contexts.

I combine sociological imagination, statistical method and computer expertise to make complex phenomena legible and turn evidence into knowledge that can be used.

My work moves across academic, editorial and civic spaces. I design surveys and indicators and use mixed, socio-spatial and digital methods — including autoethnography and photo-elicitation — to study the points where innovation meets inequality.

I hold a PhD in Social Research and Statistics from the University of Naples Federico II. My doctoral research examined cohousing in Berlin, Turin, Rome and Naples as a device for the social inclusion of people in vulnerable situations.
